Description of Services
The services that guarantee the appropriate availability of equipment for users include:
·         Availability planning:Availability planning is conducted in the beginning of each operation.The plan takes into account the business need, possible contingencies and the geographic distribution of users and regional offices.As a result, we have a definition of equipment backup stock levels, shipping processes and replacement.
·         Equipment acquisition:This is the process for acquiring new devices, whether to expand projects or to replace existing operation equipment.
·         Equipment preparation:This takes care of applications and configurations, equipment tests and necessary customizations to send to the final user.
·         Shipping:This deals with shipping equipment through logistics operators that work with Spring Wireless, following the processes defined in the planning phase with the client.All shipping expenses are the client’s responsibility.
·         Repair management:This is the repair process for equipment damaged while in operation.This is for equipment both in and out of guarantee.Spring Wireless is responsible for shipping to accredited technical assistance, following up on repairs and tests upon receiving.
·         Equipment replacement:Equipment replacement follows the processes defined in the operations planning phase.
·         Documentation:This is the necessary formalization of sending and receiving equipment processes, such as the collection of terms of responsibility for updates in corporate inventory systems.
