Marcelo Condé
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Spring Wireless, Condé worked at Gradus (affiliate of GP Investimentos) in Brazil evaluating private equity investments in Latin America, and at Goldman Sachs in the Mergers & Acquisitions Division. He also worked as a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and as a financial analyst at Procter & Gamble. Condé holds a MBA degree from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar and a BS degree in Robotics & Mechanical Engineering from University of Sao Paulo, where he was ranked 1st out of 700.
 
 
Cristiano B. M. Oliveira
Chief Technology Officer

Cristiano has been working for Spring Wireless since its inception in 2001. As CTO, he is responsible for technology strategy and innovation, as well as oversees all technical activities (products, presales, projects and operations). Prior to joining Spring Wireless, Cristiano worked at SAP in Brazil as senior consultant for Telecom and Utilities industries, and technically led SAP engagement in the largest ERP implementation in Latin America. He holds a MS in Industrial Engineering with high distinction and a BS in Robotics & Mechanical Engineering (ranking 2nd out of 120), both from University of São Paulo. Cristiano has also won various Academic Awards, including two SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) Baja contests, on which students are tasked to design and build off-road vehicles to compete in a real-world race.
 
 
Julian Neves Tonioli
GM of Spring Wireless Brazil & Europe

Prior to working at Spring Wireless, Julian worked at T-Systems (IT company of Deutsche Telekom Group) from 1999 to 2004. At T-Systems, he was the top Account Manager for Engineering & Manufacturing Systems in all consecutive quarters from 2001 to 2003, when became T-System’s youngest Senior Manager, leading the Engineering & Supply Chain department. Julian holds a MS with distinction degree in Supply Chain Management & Product Development Integration, and a BS degree in Naval & Offshore Engineering (ranking 1st in his class), both from University of São Paulo. 
 
 
Shakil Haroon
GM of Spring Wireless USA

Mr. Haroon joined Spring Wireless in September 2008, after 7 years in Microsoft OEM sales division. At Microsoft, he performed direct sales and sales management roles within Microsoft Windows Embedded and Mobile OEM sales division. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Haroon spent 10 years as founder/CEO of 2 venture capital backed start-up companies providing embedded software development tools and manufacturing change-management software respectively. He started his career at Intel Corporation, where he spent 6 years in direct sales within the Silicon Valley area. Mr. Haroon holds a BSEE from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA.
 
 
Vander Guerrero
GM of Spring Wireless Latin America

Vander Guerrero is the General Manager of Spring Wireless, in charge of Spring Wireless’ operations in Latin America including offices in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile and Argentina. His responsibilities include managing the current customer base and developing business in this geographical zone. He previously worked as head of Telecom Services in Brazil, responsible for leveraging partnerships with mobile carriers and promoting the Spring Wireless’ end-to-end solution approach. He has collaborated with Spring Wireless since its foundation in 2001 holding several roles related to mobile projects and telecommunication services. Vander holds a B.A. degree in engineering and a M.A. degree in information systems from the University of São Paulo.

 
 
Haroldo Kerry
VP of Engineering

Haroldo founded KSR Engineering in 1991, a company focused on CAPP technology (Computer Aided Process Planning), which provided solutions for leading manufacturing companies in Brazil, USA and UK. The company was acquired in 2000 by Debis (IT company of DaimlerChrysler), and Haroldo became the CAPP Product Line Manager, responsible for software development, customer support and implementation services. Debis was acquired in 2001 by T-Systems (IT company of Deutsche Telekom Group). In 2003, Haroldo has also become responsible for the Telematics division, which developed solutions for GPS vehicle tracking and dispatching. Haroldo earned a MS with distinction degree in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Mechatronics Engineering (ranking 2nd out of 100), both from University of São Paulo.
 
 
Liron Shaked
VP of Business Development & Corporate Marketing

Liron Shaked  is Vice President in charge of business development and global marketing .In this role, he oversees the company's corporate marketing strategy and business & market development initiatives as well as the company partnerships and strategic alliances with mobile operators , System integrators ,device manufactures and platform providers.
Prior to joining Spring Wireless in 2008, Mr. Shaked spent 8 years at Microsoft in various business development and marketing management roles across the company operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the USA. Most recently, Liron was the Director of Business development & Marketing in the development & platform evangelism group, managing Microsoft strategic partnerships, business and technology investments in the consumer segment.
Prior to Microsoft, Liron was the VP of channel sales & marketing for Optinet Software, a leading Israeli innovator in the ECM space, where he led the company sales and channel development. Earlier in his career, Liron worked as a Business Analyst for Smith Research & Consulting.
Liron holds a Bachelor of Business Management & Behavioral of Sciences from the Tel Aviv University.

 

Deloitte
